Dublin Gazette 28/2/2019

The Dublin Gazette posted a Gallery of my photos of the Cabinteely Parkrun on the 28th of February 2019. I have included a link to the digital version of the paper. The Gallery is on pages 10-11.

Blog Awards Ireland 2018

The Irish Blog Awards sent out emails to the Finalists for this year's Awards and my Blog was on the list, in the Best Photography Blog - Personal Blog section. I had to check twice just to be sure, but, sure enough, my Blog was listed. The graphic for this section of the process is a cat and I love cats, so that was cool too. Congratulations to all the other finalists, I wish you well in the final round and hope to see you all in Tramline on the 25th of October. I am thrilled to have gotten to this stage, thank you to all the Judges for volunteering your time to this.

Blog Awards Ireland 2018

My blog has been shortlisted for the Irish Blog Awards, which is great news. I know, however, that I will not progress further due to the superior quality of the other Blogs. I wish the other shortlisted blogs the very best of luck in the next round of voting. Thank you to the organisers and judges of the awards for looking at my Blog. I appreciate your time and efforts.

Blog Awards Ireland 2018

My blog has been longlisted for the 2018 Irish Blog Awards, sponsored by Alcatel, this is the second year that this has happened. I have been told that pretty much all the blogs get longlisted, I hope I get to move along the process in time. Last year I was shortlisted but did not make it to the finalist event in the Mansion House. I was sent the lovely owl graphic below to display on my blog to indicate that I have been longlisted. My Blog has appeared on two lists published by the Blog Award organisers, one is the Best Photography (Personal) Blog and the second one is the Best Lifestyle (Personal) Blog category, which has an incredibly long list of 106 Blogs, covering a wide variety of interests. I won't be including links to all of those blogs, as this post would be far too long. I wish all of those authors the very best of luck and look forward to watching them progress through the next couple of levels of judging.
